Kindly note the following terms & conditions:
- For the best results to reach your goals, we encourage that any changes to your calories intake should be consulted with our dieticians first. Numou will not be held responsible for any results that will not meet your target.
- Modifications to your subscription will be applied after 48 hours (2 working days) if received before 12:00pm. Modifications received after 12:00pm will be applied after 72 hours (3 working days).
- Payment and menu selection need to be completed within 48 hours and before 12:00pm from your selected starting date. Any delay will postpone the start of your subscription until you inform the customer service that the payment has been completed, and the menu would be selected by the team.
- Allergies/Dislikes: Must be mentioned and consulted with our dieticians before the subscription starts. Numou will not be responsible for any changes to allergies made after consultations with our dieticians.
- Client should receive a (confirmation email) after submitting the open menu choices.
- The delivery timing will be from 6am to 6pm according to the area.
- The subscription includes 2 free follow up consultations with the dietitians.
